I am hoping Muzi wins the Jockey title but not going to happen if Fourie sticks to this level of results

With the mounts he's getting and the jockeys he's riding against, should be winning and placing more than current 27%/60%...most races the other jocks are sitting back and allowing him to dictate pace and then kick on while they run on for a place...and they seem to be happy with that...

Jocks taking note of this.
No easy lead for him and they beating him today.

It almost seems deliberate...maybe they happy donating potential earnings to a jockey that has had long had good support from very good stables stocked with lots of good / well-bred horses...

It must be said, he deserves every success, and he in the main rode mainly in the Western Cape when (say) de Melo and Lyle Hewitson were traveling to win the jockey championships when they did. The Cape didn't have as many meetings as KZN and Tvl, and these guys were riding many times a week. Trainers have acknowledged he is better than average, and have since invited him to the Transvaal and KZN, and it appears he is trying to have a go at the championship. Good on him.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
