Every year that Celtic win the SPL must feel very hollow to their fans as they have no or very little opposition. Scottish football shot themselves in the foot by punishing Rangers so harshly and they are doing it again with the giants of Edinburgh which is Hearts who will be playing in the 2nd tier next season.

Totally out of order Rob, Rangers have been set up by John Reid and Peter Lawwell with the nonsense about EBT's, a case which Rangers won in Court
Whilst waiting on the result of the Court case, Rangers were relegated to the bottom League, deducted 10 points, had a transfer Embargo which started on the first day of the transfer window and was lifted a day after the last day of the next transfer window, meaning 18 months instead of 12 months, banned from Europe for 3 years, lost in excess of 30 players, had to pay a fine of £160k and had our prize money and transfer fees withheld by the corrupt SFA, then were finally conned into selling the Club to a crook(Craig Whyte) who stole all the money and never paid the Taxman, putting us into Administration.
All this because Reid made sure that Rangers were set up as a test case for EBT's, the case which we won, but sadly because of the horrific punishments, was a hollow victory.

Meanwhile in the East End, Celtic have a £32m overdraft/loan at 1.5% from the Co-op Bank, a Bank who needed a £1.5 billion bail out, they were sold land ( theWesthorn Project ) for £675k from Glasgow City Council, this land was valued at over £5 m for 7 hectares, although Celtic got 13.9 hectares, surely this has to be State aid.

So get your facts right about the Rangers Rob, Sir David Murray certainly overspent, but for his own glorification, so why should the Club have to incur the horrendous punishments that have been handed out,

Is that the same war monger, Blair puppet, John Reid that said prior to the UK of going into Afghanistan telling the world that not a single shot will be fired?

no, as Rangers have just been promoted to the Scottish Championship so they will be playing against the likes of Hearts (who will be relegated from the SPL), Hamilton Academicals, Falkirk, Dundee, Queen of the South, Greenock Morton and a few others.

In a way by what they did to Rangers has strengthened the national side as nearly all of the the then Rangers internationals are no playing in the EPL where they have improved 10 fold. Watch Scotland start qualifying for the World Cup and Euros from now on

not gonna be playing premier league soccer next season either.
