How good are some of these gaffers who thrive at these small/med teams? Remember the AVB effect at Chelsea. I feel Poch is as good like Rogers, Moyes who can manage teams fighting for 5th, 6th or 7th not honors. Is he sort of Manager who can bring top top players something which Man U want at the moment. His CV is impressive at Spurs but he seems to get his tactics wrong when it matters.
