The refs and VAR are all looking of ways to help Man City who know that they only need to play in 3rd gear to win most matches
Yesterday was a prime example. If one of the teams went down to 10 then the other would have won thus closing the gap on Man City. Van Djik should have been sent off. The ref failed to book Diaz for kicking the ball away yet Rice v Nrighton and Trossard v Man City both received yellows for kicking the ball away resulting in both getting sent off. Man City winner at Wolves was a guest obstruction on the Wolves keeper. Saliba was sent off last week for a last man foul which resulted in him missing yesterdays match yet since then Chelsea and a Spurs player committed the same offence in virtually the same positions yet both stayed on the pitch
This league is corrupt no doubt about it

At last, a weekend where we are not talking about the officials which feels rather weird. So many players got away with fouls that normally sees a yellow card flashed. Only one call which was dodgy and that was disallowing a perfectly good goal scored by Palace right at the end against Wolves which would have given Palace a 3-2 win. Wolves have had many decisions wrongly go against them so maybe, well definitely, this was a “giving back” to them.
As for the title chase both Man City and Arsenal slipped up and by doing so have given Liverpool space to slip up. Tottenham now come into the equation for a top 4 spot after they smashed Villa yesterday. Chelsea who play Arsenal this week appear to be a top 4 challenger as well.
Forest are doing so well and sit 3rd. They beat Liverpool about a month ago so they must be full of confidence Maybe they do a Leicester or Blackburn, that would be great. 150/1 atm to lift the title.
Down at the bottom Ipswich and Wolves still to win a match between them as Southampton got off the mark against Everton. Ipswich conceded an injury time equaliser against Leicester. Hopefully they break their duck at Tottenham this week.

The ref that has sent off 7 Arsenal players in the 53 matches that has officiated them in and has not sent off a single Man City player in the 47 matches that he has officiated them in, Micheal Oliver, and who got paid £40k to ref a game in Dubai, paid by the Man City owner and who sent off an Arsenal player at Man City for holding up play 6 weeks ago is in charge of the Chelsea v Arsenal match this weekend You can’t make this shit up even if you tried
has a draw written all over it as he supports Newcastle a team that will be challenging these two for a top 4 spot.
Today the head of PGMOL the one and only Howard Webb, remember him the biggest Man United fan who won so many matches for them when he was a referee, said that ten Hag was sacked all because of a wrongly awarded penalty for West Ham against United two weeks ago.
Did I mention the referee? Micheal Oliver

Man Utd are shocking for such an expensive team. I would sell a whole bunch and bring in cheaper players. reset the whole culture of the team.
City and Barcalona have same problem. Mid season slump. Do they buy in the Jan window?
Leicester have major issues.
Spurs super inconsistent.

Man United manager says that he is expecting the boot if results don’t improve. He has Newcastle then Liverpool next then a FA Cup tie away at Arsenal
He Has not improved them in fact they have gone backwards. United paid Sporting £8.2 million plus £900k extra to bring him over earlier. If they sack him the payout to him will be around £10.5 million
When he departed from Sporting they had a record of 11/11 in the league and also hammered Man City 4-1 in the champions league Since then with a newly appointed manager they were smashed 1-5 at home against Arsenal in the Champs league and have picked up 4 points out of a possible 12. Sporting have now sacked the manager so it appears that it’s all set up for Amiron to return
The ball is in Man Uniteds court.
Feel for him as he has inherited a group of players who don’t give a toss except for the millions that they readily take home in wages and sponsorships

Man United would do well to have a fire sale of any player over the age of 23...they are salary stealers...

Game goes ahead, pity as Arsenal need Liverpool to have a fixture pile up and play every three days as Arsenal have been doing

Well that’s Arsenal out of the title race and the same can be said of Chelsea. So who do the PL want to win? Liverpool maybe, Forest possibly Man City for a 5th straight season, never going to allow that to happen, Newcastle definitely. Watch them stitch up Liverpool now It may start today but soon decisions will all go against them just like every call is going for Newcastle now. I have had a bet at 200/1 on Newcastle to win it.
