Read on news24 that we importing electricity from mozi and namibia as 25% of eskdoms generators are down due to unscheduled maintenance...

Greg, the CEO of Eskom was talking crap. What he should have said was "we HAVE been doing maintenance but havent been doing sufficient maintenance so that we could keep the lights on for you. Unfortuanately the backlog of maintenance has caught up and have no choice but to load shed". He is blaming the previous CEO which is not uncommon for new employees at any level. If Eskom doesnt load shed then the WHOLE country goes down at once.
