Scotia/Hibby i believe that this above thread is asking for a response.I see that the concerned authorities are blatantly ignoring the peoples desire to put this tradgedy to bed.Is it not possible to get the SPCA involved,maybe a fine or suspension could embaress the people that should be looking after our intrests.What a disgrace.

Find it strange that all the different bodies scroll the forums looking for deflametory remarks and act as quick as a hot knife through butter,but when a topic comes up that needs to be investigated the TUMBLEWEED starts rolling...whoooosh
