1st roughy of the day paid for the day's exotics so "I'm Back" is a very appropriate name! Do hope one of the other roughies (Tender Twilight (5/1), Riot Commander (20/1), Nuke(8/1) )could place or better yet put it's nose in front for an awesome day!

Nyakatho paid R1,90 a win and I got R3,20 a place on Interbet for Tender Twilight....Delpetch really tried but Nyakatho/Brown/Anderson did well...which does mean that Mamalushka/Delpetch/Anderson must now be a VERY serious contender....Anderson hattrick, and Delpetch taking the ride that just ran 2nd on Tender Twilight....(Hope Apple Princess does not upset the Applecart (excuse the pun...)

Rigzo,

If you and RAD go to the sales next week (National 2 year old sales) you should have a look at lot 213. the colts name is Glastonbury. He is a half sister to War lord and Emperors Dance. We owned the dam (Misty Dancing). She won 3 out of 4 races and was touted to be better than Tommy hotspur on the training tracks!!!!!

I have done a little bit of research and I think the Right Approach mating might be ideal for her. She also has some very decent middle distance horses in her 2nd dam, so not only should this colt be quite precocious but he should be a classic animal as well!!!

Just have a look is all I can suggest! ;)

Have a great sale dude!

Jackpot in the bag and 1 to go on the P6...not a big JP win but R1000,00 profit on R720 outlay...ok.... the P6 might be a better proposition worth catching ...

Let me know what RAD thinks of the pedigree picture and also if he can go have a look at the specimen, then we talk budget....how does that sound?
Yeah should be some real nice horses for sale on the dispersal tomorrow. Midnight Fox is one that particularly interests me. she is still relatively unexposed and will improve as a 4/5 year old mare!!!!
polar Fox is out of range price wise I believe. Another one that won't be cheap but super worth a look is Houston Stride. he is by roi Normand and also a good future prospect!!!

Have fun and don't spend all your P6 money!! ;)

So Figie Nuked them comfortably and a R113k P6 posted for R25200,00 (9/2) here to follow up on the JPOT win.

Of the roughies I'm back (12/1) won nicely and Nuke (8/1) won nicely with Delpetch trying hard on Tender Twilight running 2nd behind Nyakatho...only the 20/1 Riot Commander not running well (atleast 2nd choice winning here)...hard work does pay off.
