KIMBERLEY MONDAY

As I can only listen to racing these days, I heard there was a different bloke commentating on race 3? Does anybody know who he is? It was an easy race to call, but I thought he did a satisfactory job?

Good run by your horse there Elvis. I see the tote mongers in Australia must have gotten hold of the perd because it only pays R0.70 a PLACE!!!!! I thought the tote had to declare a minimum of R1.00 a place and R1.10 a win?

Anyway I hope he wins for you soon and does you proud!

Hey Tommy. The horse paid R0,70 a place because it deadheated for third. The payout gets halved.

Thanks Kabz, never even saw it dead heated. That makes perfect sense!

Better half the stake than no stake at all I guess!

The "new" commentator did a great job & given time to get comfortable I think we have found a winner.
