Does Spencer get his riding fees for the 2 races lol
Kings Gambit is running today at 10/1 might be worth an ew
Starspangledbanner should take some beating in the main race but a few flying machines in the field

Kings Gambit 10/1, that's a nice price Dave, having a nibble.
I can't see past EQUIANO in the Nunthorpe today, his speed will suit the 5f trip and hoping for a pillar to post victory.

Why? I wasn't watching all that closely but it seems to me that she simply refused to jump. This sort of thing is unfortunate, but it happens and you cannot have one rule for favourites and another for 100/1 outsiders. I'm not saying that you are suggesting this, but unavoidably this sort of incident only comes up for debate when the horse in question was fancied and there are some people (talking from pocket, no doubt) who do seem to advocate double standards, perhaps without even realizing it.. The rules are the rules - for everybody.

tough selecting winners this week but in the first at York if Trovare can keep going he will hang on. He is a front runner and the course will suit him

There must have been 300 yards between first and last in the first race

100/1 winner of the Nunthorpe, didn't hear 1 person cheering from the stands (besides trainer perhaps)
