Horse doing nicely with Johnny. Despite earlier derogatory comments made about the trainer I think he has done the right thing here and allowed the horse to mature into a 3 year old that is able to do itself justice.
For the record, if any of the achievers in this horse have grown tired of waiting and want to sell their shares I would be happy to consider making a reasonable offer

Gajima, no doubt some of these " youngsters / achievers " are fed up with waiting for a run
IT HAS BEEN 1 YEAR PLUS NOW ! ( certainly not the type of horse you want to give to first time owners....... surely " they " did err there on getting this type of horse ? ) was this horse not a READY TO RUN HORSE ? I don't know, correct me.
Frodo and I have bought a horse in the past, at ready to run sale AUG /SEPT had our first run in that same year - Dec. & was a winner, so the excitement was unreal.
what is a share worth ? I may know someone who is more than happy to sell his / her share at a reasonable price ( PROFIT )

Spot on Elvis. I agree that this was the wrong type of horse to offer to guys to get them hooked as it was never going to be an early 2 year old type. Good idea but poor execution imvho.
I recall buying a filly in Oct/Nov at the ready to run sale that won first time out early January. However, if there is one thing racing teaches you, it is patience.

After reading through the NHRA notifications of registrations and changes (the investigative journo side of me), I see that an authority to act was registered for the Horse (the Achiever) by the Achiever syndicate nom Mr M K Naidoo. this horse's name was only registered in the edition of changes before this on 15/12/2010.
Why is this only being done now??? Must be getting ready to get it to the races??

Last input I had was that the horse is not doing well but only on the phone from a visitor to the stables
Give the kids another horse

Should never have happened - The young owners should have visited the stables at least once a month with monthy email updates (It was my idea after all and I know what was supposed to happen and this was Never the plan)

a sad state of affairs, perhaps this one will just be brushed under the carpet as happens so often these days when SH!T happens.
