Look at the formline from Scrutinize. He shows absolutely nothing. Then, "suddenly", at 67:1 (!!) he is second! O what a pitty. Next race he again is only 6th in a small field of 8. Of course, he was only at 7:1. Now, at something around 40:1 he wins. What a surprise! And of course, Peter Miller thought, that Sir Dodge would win. But where was Dir Dodge? He wasn't even seen on the screen. To go sure, of course. But P. Miller ha s agood explanation: there is a Tornado out there. Yes, and this tornado is blowing all our money out of the pocktes, thats for sure.

P.S. I think, Peter Miller is a good trainer, he knows his horses very well. And don't tell me now, that horses are no machines...

i mean, i can understand it: there are absolutely no visitors at kimberley, on mondays not much people are playing in the world, so how else they could earn a small (and well deserved at least) extra cheque?

Gotta Scrutinize Miller to say that he knows his horses well and I am sure he would have had Scrutinize in his P6. If you look at the form 2 runs back at 66/1 he did run a good 2nd in AMR85 company, AMR80 today for 2,5kg more is spot on again so gotta give him a chance on that run, but the question remains where that run came from...which was over 1400 where he followed with nothing over 1600 which is the distance today..1-2-7 CD today so still gotta have to have a chance here. Sir Dode coming off a rest have to have enough excuses to pull it off.
Unfortunately with teh new ruling of no couplings in exotics things like this is looking very lucrative for those informed.

Look at the sandraces in Amerika or even in Vaal, you have always unexpected results, but not this vegetable soup like in flamingo. either they earn some money extra, or this is a special kind of sand... anyway, i stop playing here, it is too ridiculous.
