I can't understand strikers mentality. South Star had no weight. He sat, sat and sat. He negated the weight advantange his mount had.

I have never been a Willie Uys fan and never will be but applaud the ride on Laughing River .

Couldn't watch the race so phoned in for commentary and couldn't believe it when I so the result posted 4 x 11 x 1, when it was called close between 11 and 1 with 4 third. Must have been an extremily close finish and from the sounds of things a rare good ride by Willie Uys.
