For the administrators that run Phumelela to show a little more faith in their home product instead of foreign markets and to market the hell out of South African racing. And for the new guy to shake up the staff.

@ Primalfear....for what?I got the info I wanted!

It's Shezi's inability to answer customer complaints despite the fact that he is clearly reading the posts that fuels speculation. The fact that you have defended him is simply laughable.

On what grounds are his actions defendable?

Not a lot - just the only winning ticket for Sundays Carry over P6 will do.

Shezi

I opened a betting account on 16 December 2010. I had two winning bets with you on the 19 December 2010. On the 21 December 2010 when I logged in I found that my limit had been reduced to just around R2200 of a horse. On 21 December I had another winning bet with you. When I logged in on the 23 December 2010 my limit had been reduced to R300.00 of a horse. I sent you a email on the 22 December asking why the limits had been decreased. I still have not had a reply from you. I then contacted the online number telephonically and was informed that the traders make the limit decision and there was no way that I could contact them. When I asked to close the account and transfer my funds to me they informed me that I could only withdraw a maximum of R10000.00 per day. Imagine if I got lucky and won a miliion, it would have taken a 100 days to get paid.

The question I would like to ask you is ; " Are punters allowed to back winners with you "? I have online accounts with Fouries Sporting Club, Hollybets.net, Krugerbets.com and Betting world. My limit with them is R10 K and R30 K of ATC's.

What I would like for XMAS is a decent limit, like the rest of our SA boys give or is that out of your league.

The statement below says it all.

If we used it correctly, there are probably enough examples to justify a free market betting exchange....one thing punters could probably achieve with 'mass action'
