It has always been about the individual racing districts, even waaaayyyyyyyy back when, when it was first proposed that all the racing jurisdictions should amalgamate into 1 body which could effectively regulate, administer and run racing for the betterment of the sport. The reason it did not happen then is the reason why it won't happen now. Greedy provinces wanting everything for themselves......

Only one teeny weeny problem with this way of thinking........pretty soon these provinces are going to have nothing anyway.

I think Peter Dirk Uys said it the best......"Adapt or die"

This whole thing is laughable really. I find it quite amazing how Tellytrack (Grant Knowles) has allowed Mr Admas to launch into speeches (attacks) on GC. I always thought that Tellytrack fell under PGE. PGE a joint intiative between the two operators.

In all fairness, I wonder when they will be allowing Jess, Brett, Steve and co to do the same thing against P? As ever the only constant is inconsistency

Went to the press conference and the winning connections spoke well and we should all try and be positive about the future of our racing during these difficult times. If we could put aside the politics and power struggles it would make it a lot easier.
