Ive taken 7 PRO REGINA ew at 14/1 ....but its drifting??????

Hi Guys - I never tip horses here. Just too much guilt if I'm wrong, so it takes a lot for me to tip something.
Shoot the Breeze in race 6 is 33/1. Win lose or draw - IT CANNOT BE 33/1. This is a massive mistake.
The horse ran a length behind the 7/2 favourite and is better off at the weights. It beat horses like il tanga and norbury by 6 and is better off at weights (they are 14/1 in the same race) It didn't stay the trip last time and suddenly its a no-hoper ??
No doubt now that i'm stepping out of my comfort zone I will get punished. But this is done with the best of intentions. I have had a full go win/plc.
