Antsinner, I'm going to wait and see if there is any advantage down the straight in the first 2 races before finalizing my bets....
East all the best with your runner in the first, maybe a stable exacta for some interest?

The Big race has me loking at Kavanagh. MDK won the race with a July entrant a few years back - Kildonan and thius horse still holds the course recored. When I saw Kavanagh name as an entrant I immeddiately though of Kildonan. Can lightning strike the same place twiceor are we going to be saying What a Winter?

I also had the same Kildonan/Kavanagh thought. Sprinting might be the answer for Kavanagh and I make him my 2nd choice behind What A Winter. My real roughie in the race is Polar Moon. I was impressed with his win in blinkers last time and I reckon he might be nicely handicapped.

Hotline will be kicking himself if that one wins, or maybe not. Depends what he sold him for I suppose.

The sprint race looks tailor-made for What a Winter...no such thing as a good thing most of the times but I'll not even consider a cover bet in the exotics...Covenant could very well have something to offer against Val de Ra and Gibraltar Blue but it will be a tough ask.Trinity House looked like a super filly until her last race when she fought on like a real champ when headed after being in front in a strong headwind so I'd love to see what she does against Princess Victoria and some of the other promising fillies.

Waw surely is promising but this is a handicap and 9/10 is ridiculous . I'm not saying he can't win , his 1200m cape win was damn impressive . I agree with Magic Polar moon comes off an impressive win and could be compettitive . The worry is the incosistency of the Tarry stable .
