Those posts were probably started by me Dave, sorry but it just gets so frustrating, the other day I had a argument about my neighbor and wanted to post on ABC, Habit !!

Not true punter many of the posters have been through the frustration but the "shrewdies" just keep away

hers's a story...and this may add fuel to the speculation that all is not kosher...and if this can be done ..then the system is open to scull duggery....

i was with a friend in a tote for a night meeting held in jhb...and there was about 25 min to the off time of the race.
he commented that 7/1 horse be paying R32.00 on the tote,(THE WIN POOL WAS ABOUT R8 000 AT THAT STAGE),so to illustrate how easy it was to manipulate the pool at that stage , i told him to watch the screen in the next 2 min...that same horse will be tote favourite.I put R2000 win (but was gonna cancel the bet after about 10 min),it cam into tote favourite paying around 4.80 a win.
the next moment there was load shedding and no power.....tote was down...operator phoned the tab offices and they said to wait till about a min before the off and see if the lpower was restored.There was nothing...so he phoned as they jumped...and by now the horse had adjusted itself to about R14.00 A WIN ,SO they gave him a reference no. for the cancellation which he had to do manuelly...and he gave me my R2000 BACK....Hold and behold the horse won....now the point....the horse still paid R14.00 to the peolple who backed it...the R28 000 THAT WAS RIDING ON MY TICKET...never went back into the pool....now if that can be done manually...plenty other things ,i feel can be done "manuelly "also...dont u think....?

Quite a bold thing to say can u back it up?

my friend who is a bookmaker can back me up...because it was at his tote outlet that it actually happened at...and funny enough...he was the one that actually did my transaction...'cos he knew at that i was not serious enough for that bet to be taken....and therefore i did it...cos it was his tote...and it was pretty quiet at the time as well..so yes...he would back me up...which race it actually was...i couldn't tell right now....but i am sure he has the records
