How about some betting pools, if certain people contribute to a p6 or a jackpot for e.g. (a buy in that all can a afford), if the p6 wins with a small payout, it gets carried over to the next p6 so if later on there is a big win it can be divided amongst the members of the pool, just a thought, my 2 bob worth. Personally and no offence to anybody once you start putting money into something things usually end in squabbles and distrust. Heinrich you have seen that all to well in the recent past

Good morning gents txs again for contributions above, have not had time to read all the posts but would just say that we (ABC) have to keep away from "holding bets" in any forms and have to stick to a skilled competition for the winners, but will wait for UD thoughts, Interbet are ok for next month and thanks again to Johnny and Gary.

Hi Clan, I wont donate money but will stand the monthly winner to a breakfast for 4 at the Summerveld Clubhouse on the day they chose and if they want they can come to the yard. They will probably enjoy seeing the horses work on the tracks at the same time. Just let me know who the winner is and he/she can call me and make plans.Cheers Craig

lol.... funny enough i used to reside in durban but left my hometown 4 years ago for the greener pastures of the western cape..... maybe one day when im back in my old hometown visiting i will " cash in" the prize should i win....

Will chat to Dave and maybe we can get a clan horse and you will have to come up to lead it in!

We unfortunately dont have a Clubhouse but anyone visiting PE welcome to visit. Entrance to our yard is a minimum of 2 bags of Woolies carrots.....
