I am a D seeding. My usual comments "slow - no show" or "faded badly late" .
It is an awesome day, so relax, dont clock watch too much and enjoy the day.

Chippy have you approached Tellytrack, maybe they will advertise this good cause every 10 minutes instead of the soccer 6/1/13 ...??

Tellytrack, with the help of Clyde Basel and Rod McCurdy, have been on board for awhile now with a slide showing every other night as well as during the days when there is a shortage of local racing, i believe the slide was on show yesterday.
Shaheen Shaw and Darryl Maree have been on board from Day 1 and push it every chance they can as well as the on course presenters when i feature in the races.
obviously the more publicity, the better.
i would have hoped that Gold Circle would provide more publicity since the run is in their province during Champions Season. they have helped with mentions on FB and an article in The Mercury yesterday but i would think some posters at the race tracks would be a good idea as mentioned after my Dadewethu win. Gill Simpkins organised the photo for the Tellytrack slide.
there has been a lot of talk around the tracks and i have had many interested parties asking about my training and how i got into the running. even had some people recognize me while on training runs. most of my weekly locals have put an article in their papers.
