PE web cam on beachfront

Raining in PE at the moment - but Arlington has outstanding drainage so should not effect racing.

I think that one stopped working, and the photo is old (check the date and time).

Still seems like a good idea to me for all the racetracks to have live webcams so people can
see the weather conditions for themselves.
