Thanks guys - thought ot would win muach easier - that bladdy KZN perd gave me a huge fright - could not understand how any one fancied Mina Salaam - a year ago (yes I know it's a long time), MS could not beat EoS receiving 2 kg's - today MS had to give EoS a lot of weight - plus imo MS is (although a very nice filly) earned a false MR in Zim

The events just before turning into the straight summed that race up nicely. King Karel thought he could muscle that beast and tried to lay in on her around the turn. She simply swatted her away and kept on well.

Looked like she needed it a bit, but you can only win!

Very well done Barry and the team. Glad to have such a magnificent horse back in the winners enclosure!
