For me Divine Jet will win the Derby, I know there are a lot of Taipan fans out there but it will be a very interesting race. This year Cape Derby will be one of the races of the year in my book.

Bass will be strong as well,and don`t forget Snaith ()

@ShezaPunter - the form was also franked with Another Giant winning in PE (not that it means too much but worth noting).
@Solo - ha ha Yes I am sure one of them will end up with MDK, and most probable go on to win big races!

Do you know if he is being aimed at the Derby? Personally I have my doubts whether he'll be as effective over that ground.

2Cents don't know what he is being aimed at but I really like his action and believe he will get the Derby trip. Still a lot of racing to be done before the race but really looking forward to it and the build up.

Another one is Kingslayer...backed 5-1 to 17-10 first time and won beating Punte Arenas who is now in the Cape Classic?

Kannemeyer has a fortune of riches available to him. Kind of scary for the other trainers in the Cape right now......

Don't leave out Barry's horse Changingoftheguard as well as that fella who won yesterday, Hammie's Dynasty. LOVED him first time out. Big, leggy son of Dynasty who is going to grow out of his skin as a late 3 early 4 year old!

Pencil him in boys, deserves a mention imo!!
