Race 1, fav looks hard to beat.

I watched Nuns narrative's last run on Todays racing (or whatever it is called)... got switched in 400m's out, or more likely hung in and moved up very well but seemed to find nothing over the last 200m's... I am not so sure the extra 200m's will suit today. I have had a flutter on a 40/1 shot in that race... Nocturnal Lady. I also fancy King of Flags so took the doubles w/w, w/p, p/w and p/p. I doubtNocturnal good enugh to win but almost 8/1 a place is decent.

Anyone maybe have the jockey changes and scratchings for us pse?

My best bet on the card is spitfire run. After watching the last run this trip wil suit this horse much better and i believe that Mr Fourie will have another cracker day today with two or more winners.
My value bet comes in the form of Count Dumani. I like the looks of this horse and it looks ready to win with Fransie Naude up for Corne Spies males this a good bet.
In the first Mr Fourie should start of the day with a win and that can be added in swinger/quartet/trifecta or even exacta is Isigonis.
