I dont see problems with trying to get familly members in the door,ofc they have to be able to walk the walk

Seems like xnephobia is alive and well in SA. The best man for the job and if they can keep it in the family then let them. If one of you were working for them and if a position became availble you too would promote one of your family or friend to get the job.

CnC, i certainly would. But if he/she wasn't the best for the job, then so be it. The point is that i hope there was an advertisement and interviewing process.
Good luck to her..........and i really hope Mr. Rutherford isn't now running around trying to get his ducks in a row.........cos Bad Company might make a noise, cos he really wanted that job :
