Hi Andy,
Yes we work for SB, and I totally agree with you that how one reacts to criticism does tell a-lot about you and the company one works for. I am always willing to go out my way to accomodate our clients (Justanotherpunter and JackDash can confirm that), but there are always exceptions, and this was one of them. The fact that his post was not true is very unfair on our company. We have also heard this before, in which we ignored it the first time. Anyway, going forward and hearing your opinion will certainly make me think again on how to react to such statements. I learn something new every day. Cheers

Harrithehorse .........
Well said mate and i hope you keep to your word. I am a businessman and i know how hard it is to disregard the unfair criticism, but i handle it in a manner where by my business doesn't suffer as a result.
Anyways glad to hear that you guys will take another approach by simply responding in a true and professional manner. People or punters must realize that they compnay they bet with is owned by someone and that's their "business" like Mr Mike de Kock once said on TV " if you mind your own business you will have a good business to mind" and i think those are words of a true businessman. Cheers
