u think it was a clever ride...i think he was on the best horse...for me clever rides are on horses that are not suited to that race or course or is handicapped out of that race or when weather or pace conditions doesn't suit its normal running....thats when jockeys abilites are brought to the fore.....here he was on supposedly the best horse ..it was a good ride...but definitely not a clever ride

howzit peekay....i would say R200...and put the other R300 on majestic emblem tommorrow night....or if azalai wins....then have your max on michael roberts horse....the horse has seen the course last tuesday...and put up an excellent gallop behind a good sought

He fcuked it up last time on Buller a different ride today . He beat arabian sands easy today , a good ride .
He has ridden some shocking races in the past on horses with very good chances .

I agree it was the best horse in the race but if the jockey rode it bad it would have cost him the race regardless.
