ya you right . That was a shit field .Rob when this horse started his career he ran cracking good races against good horses . I thought he'd go to the top . He faded away as did most of Zakis runners at the time .

It could pay to follow him in his next few starts .

The fact is that every horse has to theoretically have a chance in a MR if he/she suddenly produces its very best....it has earned its rating/weight somewhere afterall.....so it is never out the question.....I am trying to understand how/why Darryl expected it today.
(If it was a dream he has to confess.........lol)

Bit late in the year for that. It seems like they've committed to another season of racing with her, but where to go with her is the $64 million question. One thing is for sure - she does best when there's a pace on and she can run on from the clouds, like when she won the Summer Cup.

Let me try. To be honest i ignored his last 3 runs, on 29/09 he had no chance at level weights against Hidden Rave in a grad. 22/09 he never enjoyed the sand and prior to that it was a race around a bend, imo he is better up the straight. On the 20/08 he ran in a MR90 and finished 1l behind Commissionerstreet who has subsequently franked that form several times.

Its not that i expected him to win, i just thought he'd be competitive.
