.....capable, but highly unpredictable....thought I'd make some money with him getting himself beat....however the problem was that he knocked my likely upper place floater out of the race....:S

Someone coined the phrase "herd mentality" which I think means that an unexpected runner flatters himself by finishing very close to (or beating) a winning favourite. Something like a fluke. I'm sure you can think of many examples. Poor Perana must be a prime example of "herd mentality" for his Victory Moon win.

(Unfortunately, I myself, fell into "herd mentality" as I backed him, for the first time mind you, on Saturday).

Would not suprise me if Mr Kantor had this shipped off to Singapore.....only risk is that it may not pass a barrier trial...
