The only disappointment for me was that JJ was blatantly not himself,so we need a kyk weer in Natal later in the year!

Hard to judge on just one run I know, but purely on the race today, JJ is not the same horse he was

getting more nervous as the price on magical eve keeps shortening. Had a big bet yesterday at 12/10 plus she's the banker in a p6 perm running 45 times and in a pa perm running 240 times. Oh please, please.

GP that is as close as he would have got. Alec says he got there and then she kept him there. If it had been another 30m it would still have been the same result.

WaW over 1200m will be extremely hard to beat anywhere in the country.......i was with VdR from the outset over the 1000m......and i brassed JJ......i think i did mention that somewhere. Well done Dennis, owners and jock. What a mare......she is extremely valuable!!

Awesome moment watching Mr Driers emotions before the presentation. It must be a huge weight off the shoulders and an absolute moment of pride when all the efforts bear fruit.
