Dave, be careful of Capt Vedici on paper it should sh1t in but the stable is not firing at the moment...

Some thoughts (but so out of touch, so maybe these can be pointers on what to ignore)

R3: Perennial bridesmaid Wyatt West looks to go close again, PA banker?
R4: Why would Tarry run Heavy Metal over 1200 - needs furrther imo (but what do I know) - still the class in the race - I'm adding the well weighted Captive Action in the PA
R5: Shadows in the Sun has run against stronger, but hard to know how good Super Pursuit is - those 2 stand out for me with Magic Potion the only other to consider for a place.
R6: The Plunderer has never won over 1600, but nearly beat Run For It over the trip giving him 4 kg's (we all know that saying 'class is permanent ....' )- also his last run behind The Apache makes hime the one to beat imo - Selbourne Supremacy very inconsistent , but loves this track so rates a danger at best - Radiant Rock always runs an honest race and is a PA inclusion imo
R7. Very competitive fillies handicap imo - as mentioned earlier in this thread, IF Follow the Piper reproduces her sand form, it will be no race , personally I'm going to try to beat her - some nicely priced roughies to consider imo are Vestal Virgin (3rd run after a rest - MR is coming down rapidly) and Jewel of the Nile - much better off in the weights with Simply Blue after beating SB in April last year and Delpech takes the ride
R8: Verrochio all the rage, but even with the Ferrarris stable badly off form, one needs to take note of Tara's Son - best in by 6 points in this graduation plate, and also has not finished unplaced over this trip - also obvious chances to Zambucca and Carnaby Street
R9: The 2 3 yr olds should fight this out - slight preference for The Last Samurai who has the better draw and also gets 2 kg's from Glorious Jet - of the older horses Royal Express has consistent recent form so should place again.
