Kr,I do trust you.........My concern is that my anti-virus made no comment.......surely,even if it blocked it it should have told me?

Here is Microsoft's comment:

Category: Trojan

Description: This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.

Recommended action: Remove this software immediately.

Security Essentials detected programs that may compromise your privacy or damage your computer. You can still access the files that these programs use without removing them (not recommended). To access these files, select the Allow action and click Apply actions. If this option is not available, log on as administrator or ask the security administrator for help.

I got two virus alerts on his site.

I use Avast. (The best I could find BY FAR)

Norton is pretty bad imo.

Over the years, I went through most of them (including SpySweeper, Shampoo, etc.... paid for; the freebees are baits!)

Over a year ago, I switched to MSE (Google and download for your version, Mac or Windows) which is free! I noticed that MSE immediately identified and isolated Trojans upon inserting memory sticks or opening a file whilst my paid for anti-virus remained 'silent'!

I then cancelled my paid for anti-virus and am only on MSE......fantastic.... even though it'sd free!
