Have we ever had a race where there are two horses both at odds on? Both at say, 7-10? If this match race ever came off (IF...!) the whole of Oz will be punting BC ... and they are mighty punters. It will be a N Hemisphere/S Hemisphere thing, and the money will flow like the Amazon in flood. But I'm with Craig, especially if it takes place over the Rowley Mile.

it is looking more and more likely that Black Caviar will back up this sat over 1000m where she will meet her old mate Hay List.
Peter Moody says that she has pulled up so well that he is seriously considering the race Sat, She will then race the following Sat again over 1400m.

This will be the first time that she will be backing up. Sepoy will be going round Sat week in the Oakleigh Plate over 1200m.

If Hay List is ever to beat the GREAT MARE Sat will be his chance.

Betting will be out this afternoon but she will probably be around 3/10.

Looking at the detail gets 2kilos from Hay List, has good draw? Rating of 130 , 15 clear of Hay List, why would she be at 3/10? Is it because the 1000 mt is a bit sharp?

I don't have her record off-hand. How many times has Black Caviar won over 1000m, and more importantly, at what level?

She has won 4 times over 5f. A 2yr old h/cap, 2 Group 2's and a Group 1
