Just me, or did that winner look a pretty nice type...

I certainly haven't kept stats, I don't know if anyone else has, but not the first time this has happened. The number of times there are 16 runners or more and the tote will pay 4 places, how many late scratchings there are / have been and the tote only pays out on the 3 places.

I tottaly agree with you, it happens almost all the time here in PE
