Its easy to be an after the race merchant but that's not what I'm doing here.
I made Flying Finish a good place bet as she was looking for shorter imo, but when she went down I drew a line straight through her........she was NEVER STRIDING OUT going to post. I wonder if these guys behind the stalls even know what a horse stride is?
Anyway the two horses who looked heads above the rest were the first two finishers.
The winner should go on to be a decent filly. Stanley sure knows how to get them ready early on.
....As for "Jade Bay GATE", one swallow does not a summer make. Jackson and this horse have very little in common apart from the fact that they are both dark bays.
Just hope he pulled up ok and they look after him!
