THERES A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REALISTIC POSTS AND NEGATIVE POSTS DONT CONFUSE THE TWO...sfrw didnt close due to lack of posts and had many quality threads and the posters on there had the balls to talk there mind,,,,

and I am 100% with Pirates on that one !! Real issues as opposed to self absorbed bitching should be aired.... and that is what SFRW was doing.

The mood/vibe/aura of the site is right(tu)

Imo srfw closed because nobody was allowed to have an opinion that differed to the inner circle ,it was not a punters site rather a site to debate why this person is not getting a piece of that pie and why larry got a new suit and why jooste got money and why clyde and vee got a free trip and why etc etc etc

Soodum, those things that you talk about are one of the reasons racing finds itself where it is..................did anybody ever manage to show that any of those claims were untrue?
Monopolistic situations do need watching I'm afraid .......don't think that less and less local racing to punt on is out the question.
Perhaps it's even already started?

I also think the quality of tipping on this site is pretty good by some tipsters. It also helps that some clansmen are insiders and are openly posting their thoughts and opinions on their chargers chancers. Sham Racing, Craig Eudey, Barry Irwin come to mind, but there are others too. For the hobbyist like myself it makes it a lot more fun. Keep it up guys(tu)

We just bust the 5m hits this month for the 1st time and with a day to go,plus there has been a few blank racing days...
