I am not going to lower myself to comment on this topic, I have no idea which whole you lot refer to or the likely sights, aromas or anything else one might experience or need knowledge of before jumping... or is that another spelling mistake. H.

I just got a call from Lance Michael. He said he would look into it. I will keep you updated. Hopefully this means that I will receive my funds soon.

I can confirm that I have received my funds this morning. It was paid in GBP. As far as I can see I even received a bit more than what I was owed.
I have e-mailed quite a lot with Ramon yesterday and I think LM Bookmaker will change their policy towards overseas customers so in the future the customer needs to have a South African bank account.
Personally I think I will stick to European bookmakers. I'm not sure the South African betting/banking laws can handle overseas customers in an appropriate way.

Good to hear Loke (tu)
A piece of advice for LM assuming they read... it would be very helpful, if you do change your TnCs to state that members must have a SA bank account, to have a flag come up saying so for anyone who joins the site who is not a SA resident. Doing so should prevent the problem in future... although people tick that they have read the TnCs, we all know that very few really do.

I use the site a lot and live in the UK, never had a problem with getting funds in(too often) or out. Spoke with Lanve about what happened and believe ther was a breakdown between his backroom staff and himself. As you can see once Lance was alerted to the problem it was solved within 24 hours. On the site you can get decent sized bets, if you want more you can call his office.(bit expensive-they should have a free number for telbets)

Do you pay 6% betting tax on the tote payout on the open bet?
