Agree with you Pirates..... Alexanders bought the horse,not Basiero. They must just sell his share & get rid of him,not the horse!!!! Another Crabbia?

so now the clevers say the owner can not make a decision of HIS share in a horse. you now nothing of why he is want to move but the experts have crystal ball and say he dont deserve horse. there is to many with big mouths and no brain and before you carry on like you do i say for you - fcuk you

Personally I like the horse to go on...if Gary picked it (which might not be the case) then the horse should stay..I know of definite offers that were made on the horse earlier in its life for big money that were turned down..however I have a feeling that the owner might have picked the horse but I could be wrong.

I would think 1,5-2 million .....If i had that type of money i would anyday pay a million then send him straight to the legendary leg problem solver Mike Bass in cape town,he is 1 of only a small few trainers that can nurse top class horses with problems for a lifetime and i will stick to the coast courses in capetown and natal...PJ do have a few GR1 victories still in him ....Alexander did very good but i think its time for an upgrade

The owners must be really far apart in terms of a valuation for the horse...hence them taking it to the market...if there is no reserve price they could get their fingers burnt...there could be more to all of this

I am not sure PJ will many more races? Unless horses go overseas including PJ plenty strong opposition.

Guess you would have to consider potential races it could win vs how much you should sensibly pay, but sometimes with horses the logic is over ridden by the status eg to have a July winner/runner
