Hmmmm, Hollywood do not have antepost up for this meeting (or I do not know where to look?) ....I was mad a bout Depardieu, but Striker on Chesalon at Greyville from a good draw.... nyummy.... would like a small eachway bite.

would rather see a quality field than one full of quantity..why have mr70s etc in a classic just to full the race..?? gr1s in the uk can have a handful of runners

quantity is better for turnover but i agree with you plenty no hopers every year that just get in the way

trinity house and princess victoria take a lot of gloss off the fillies guineas as opposed to the colts version with variety club and jackson in it...pity gimmethe greenlite not running

The problem is that the KZN Fillies Guineas is a Gr2 with a miserable R250k stake. That makes the SA Fillies Sprint (Gr 1 and R500k) a more attractive target a couple of weeks later if you have the speed and class.

jackson will suit this course very well, the way it destroyed thunder dance at the gallops the other day, and TD was strong in the pricing, i make jackson very hard to beat, VC will be leading into the straight with Divine jet running on aswell, but Jackson has a much stronger turn of foot and different class to DJ. you can take JxVCxDJ trifecta for days!
