What really pees me off, is when Nico is asked "what did you like going down?" and time and again he proceeds to give us a form analysis, i. e. who has who at the weights, who's last run he liked - everything but what looked well in the canter past. Get the idea he doesn't trust his own eye (this comment probably on the wrong thread, but others before me have strayed off a straight course, so I finish up on the outside rail8-))

that is my point, they talk all this BS which we have no interest in, get to the point.
the show start at 7 they only start to talk about the days races 6-8 min later, and when they do they put up silly picture of Shaheen Shaw etc who we have no interest in,. give us the selections discuss them, show a few RELEVANT reruns and let's get it over with.
but I suppose that is to much to ask.
I think Niel Andrews is a good presenter but all his shows have the same pattern, him talking to much trying to be the joker, sticking fellow presenter away and it is getting boring now.

TT need to get rid of Maree. He is in a different class as a tipster, and he basically shows up the difference between actual form analysis versus celebrity hot air.
Shaw can at least go race by race with 2c, but the amount of races he goes through would leave anyone less committed to racing in the shit. Shaw is their biggest asset, and I wonder if they know it?
The rest of the "tipping" to the public is self admittedly shockingly poor with the possible exception of Venter who actually has pulled off the almost impossible job of presenting AND giving punters a coherent gambling opinion.
The brutal truth is if most of the people allowed to give gambling advice to the public had their advice monitored, they are probably breaking some law of the financial services act. It's a disgrace they haven't separated proper analysis from A.I.W.A.M. (any idiot with a mike)
It takes me about 4 hours to prepare for a race meeting. It's horrific listening to someone who has barely put in 2 minutes per race once you have properly prepared. And they all laughing wonder how come they all have such poor results? Imagine a proper journalist of a financial program or publication giggling foolishly how poor their advice is all the time!

JD how about a presenter going on air without form because "it's still printing" - Shocking and if DRs prepared for operations with such tardiness Hospitals would be empty and cemetries full - Because someone is a nice guy/girl does not mean you have to carry them at the expense of your customers.

Yes. I think Tellytrack has traded on the idea that they are a new idea for too long now. It is a specialist channel, so we have put up with people that came from one background (training or punting) and reluctantly gave public speaking a go.
One can see how much Julie has grown up in confidence etc, so it can be done. The next stage is surely to get them to the type of proffessional displays of expertise we see from uk presenters. I was staggered at how quickly I started to listen to the visiting uk presenter on our racing. Maybe she prepared?

Get rid of those 2 monkeys that were presenting at the Vaal yesterday. I was watching the replays last night and couldn't believe they were talking about "that time of the month"........who the hell cares about that........not professional.............if these 2 get fired, who will hire them in a presenting job again???? I will tell you............NOBODY!!!!!!!!
