Sheza - very wise words. He was a good trainer with a bright future and let us remember him for that. His personal - off the track issues and doings are none of our business.

I am firmly in the Louis G camp, truly disappointed and appalled by this thread... irrelevant of the final truth, what insensitive timing and speculating.... a young man has died, a mother has just lost her 23 year old son a year after losing her husband, other family and friends are still very raw in grief, another man fights for his life in hospital and another family must be in living hell at the moment and this is how we "respect" these people?? Do as ShezaPunter says and go talk racing ffs...
But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone..."

Guys, we have just had a heartrending conversation with Cornell, Seans girlfriend,. She is heartbroken at losing Sean but is more worried for Stef and asks please if you could all stop these comments as they are very hurtful to the family.
She wanted to come on and tell the facts but has been advised not to comment until the investigation is over.
PLEASE let it be for now....
And follow Englanders last comment which is applicable to all.

This thread has been closed,i have also recieved messages from people close to Sean.
Seans Family and friends need to mourn him without worrying what we are saying about him on these pages.
This story is going to run its course in due time....
Please respect my wishes on this matter at this moment in time...

Who wrote that racingpost report a school kid? It does not even make sense!
Easy please take some time to think about what is to follow in light of this incident as critical observation and not as a personal attack - What would have life been like for you or one of your mates if one of those Natal boys that got tossed through the window or beaten at LTP in Durban died? Would you now be in a position to pass comment on what has happened in this instance? You surely cant reminisce fondly on violent acts then be critical of the violent acts that led to these tragic events. We all know how thin the line is between life and death and you should know how lucky you are that no one died at LTP. It could so easily have been a different story if a punch landed 2 inches to the left or right or glass severed a mojor artery. I managed a night club and I know how quickly things can turn on its head and go wrong.
I have been thinking about my own mortality a lot lately (I must admit I thought about it a whole lot more working in the night club - maybe a bit of PTSD, who knows) and how easy it is to die in these times we live in. There is such a fine line.
I could say the wrong thing to the wrong person and end up dead or I could just fall over and die from an unknown disease. It does not make a difference how it happen, its final. Its a pity that small miscalculations and rash actions have to bring death on quicker.
What ever the slant is on this race thing in this tragedy is irrelevant in the greater scheme of things. One man is dead and another is in a critical condition. Imagine if we thought before we lifted our hands to another human being. God be with both families.
Perhaps your point is less about the violence and more about the potential for a cover up due to the prominence of the party involved. My question to you is; are you commenting on a general cover up in the typical corrupt South African sense or are you suggesting that there are people in racing have such sway that they would have the ablity to cover this up?
