Quick poll, when last did you deposit money into your betting account?

I make deposit when I want a bet and if it wins withdraw.

Last month, a lot more times than I care to remember - even though I had a nice bank at the beginning of the month - this month no deposits and both accounts in good shape. When balance did get low (twice), I tried to refill by landing big place bets - and both lost (Bambina Stripes, Trip to Kashmir the culprits) - but somehow my standard R40 each way on longprice fancies got me out of trouble instead, and have managed to build on that.

The big guzzlers for me are PA's and P6's - they're very nice when they land, but not landed nearly regularly enough, so the fruits of my relatively successful eachway punting is drained by these exotics - one leg out, irrespective of how many were required (4, 6 or 7, still mostly just 1 out - how is this possible???):X

Unlike others (mostly Scots it seems ()) who say they draw winnings straight away, I like the confidence of a decent bank because it is confidence sapping to be constantly depositing, so I tend to leave it there and admire it instead - but I'm open to suggestions on this.

At the end of the day, punting is my entertainment - I wish I could generate an income out of it, or land that big win, but really I'm quite happy if it could just more or less fund itself, so my aim is to never burn right through the stack again, but what chance?:
