You must a very fortunate person. I stopped playing so much at bettingworld because of this same problem. To be honest all the SA sites have this problem. When bettingworld didn't want to lay a certain price it would give you "code error". What annoys me the most is when they say "price change" a couple of times and you as a punter are happy to take the shorter price only to be then "market no longer active". I complained how many times but it just fell on deaf ears. At least hollywood still come back to you. At bettingworld, it don't matter how much you spend/turnover, you just a number.

Hollywood always put their customers first and thats why i will continue to play with them. Thanks Hollywood for getting back to me and thanks for the kind gesture of a free bet no matter how small it was. You didnt have to do it. A system error is sometimes unavoidable.

Thanks Devin, but credited whose accounts ? This has happened to me on several occasions and I have never complained just ignored and vented my frustration on my poor keyboard.

Still waiting for that phone call Hibs regarding my birthday bonus, actually don't worry Hibs I called in for a bet the other day and asked the consultant what happened to my birthday bonus and she put me thru to accounts who credited me with R50 bucks. Thanks Hollywood. 2012 I made a decision to stop making the bookies rich and start playing small and smart and guess what you not a valued punter anymore. All valued punters are the ones that lose 90% of the time. Sorry for sounding like a nagging bit%$ but that's the hard truth.
