Sometimes it pays for owners to listen to trainers. As owners we get carried away by the big occasion of having a horse in a Group 1 race. Love Struck should never have run over 1200m. Not his distance. In saying so, in JHB he was slow out the pens and lost 3 lengths but still ran on at the end finishing 7th and also finishing way in front of War Horse. Since then we gelded him and he is a different horse. We now know his distance and yes we are confident he will win his fair share of races for us. We know he is good.

MERCURIAL BRAVE will win and bring Anton 1 closer to Gav but from there hewill have me swinging on his tail :) Meet me Halfway looked like he did just that first time out and should be very hard to beat tonight...11/2 the double looks generous
Give everything but up!
