When debt is cheap it's the best time to buy, if you have the cash for the deposit!

My advice would be to buy listed property shares. i own some with Stanlib and the returns are 10-16% the past 2 yrs. The risk is smaller with less headache of being a landlord. There will always be demand for commercial property ie malls etc. Leave to the experts and you just watch the share price moving higher, you can always bail out when the going gets tough!
