LOL I cannot even remember who was in front. I suggest some harsh words now and again. Suspensions/banning may be enforced for repeat offences. What I'm getting at... if the threat of interference is fresh in the jockeys minds, then they will be less inclined to commit it.
I just feel that there is too much that "appears" to be allowed. As in other sports, it may cause animosity and retaliation...
