brilliant.2nd gold and beat the greatest swimmer of all time.amazing and by sunday we will be no 1 test team as well because our cricketers will thrash the poms in 4days weather permitting.lol

Well done lad,he was in tears after the race.Love it when all the hard work pays off and all the
hours of practise.He just wanted to share it with his dad in the crowd...very emotional.
Does help your speed when you have to swim away from Great White Sharks regularly..
