Shot Shrek.... We were at a workshop last year with the British track teams coach and manager where they spent 3 hours dissecting the running style of Bolt and Bailey .... very very technical but fascinating. They reckon if he was 4 cm's shorter he would go close to breaking 9.2 seconds ... the reason being it takes him that little bit extra to uncurl and get his head up...

In the semi when he was just playing he took 40 strides to complete the race, 18 strides for the second half ...

Can you imagine how good he would be if he trained ?

Seriously i know he trains,but he spends his life partying like a jamacian and eating chicken nuggets from Macdonalds.Lives in a open house with 12 of his mates (tu)
