I picked this up from mickbassracing.com. Not so sure how legit but who knows its quite informative to be put into perspective.

Race Venue : Kenilworth  Date :29/08/2012

Mike's Runners : Almost Heaven

Race Number : 1
Time : 12:45
Comments | Interviews : It has been a little while since her last run, so she may need this as the conditions at home are not conducive to getting a horse fit enough to run in the very heavy going.
Current Betting :
14/1

Mike's Runners : Ambassador Rex

Race Number : 3
Time : 13:55
Comments | Interviews : He is drawn wide but he needs the experience of a run around the turn before spring.
Current Betting :
4/1

Mike's Runners : Ze Kaiser

Race Number : 3
Time : 13:55
Comments | Interviews : He has done well since being gelded and should run well if he doesn’t need it too much in the heavy going over 1600m.
Current Betting :
5/1

Mike's Runners : Margaret Court

Race Number : 5
Time : 15:05
Comments | Interviews : She hasn’t had much luck her last two starts. She drops down in company and is drawn well. She has a big weight but should have a money chance if she acts in the wet going.
Current Betting :
11/2

Mike's Runners : Susanna

Race Number : 5
Time : 15:05
Comments | Interviews : This will be her last run before going to stud. She is drawn well again and if not affected by the run being so close to her last one, should have a shout.
Current Betting :
10/1

Mike's Runners : Laurie's Gold

Race Number : 6
Time : 15:45
Comments | Interviews : He is having a run back after a break and is doing well. The 1200m is a bit short but he could run quite well fresh. He does however, prefer to race around the turn.
Current Betting :
4/1

Mike's Runners : Slick Jet

Race Number : 6
Time : 15:45
Comments | Interviews : His work has been a little in and out lately, but he galloped quite nicely at Durbanville on Thursday. We are not sure if he likes the wet conditions though, so it is hard to assess his chances.
Current Betting :
7/1

Mike's Runners : Kambrook

Race Number : 6
Time : 15:45
Comments | Interviews : He needed his last run, but is back over 1200m and should run a better race if the distance isn’t a bit too quick second time round.
Current Betting :
20/1

Mike's Runners : Abercrombie

Race Number : 7
Time : 16:20
Comments | Interviews : He has a little way to go before being 100% fit. He is a big horse and it is difficult to try and get him fit at home on our tracks at the moment without risking things going wrong, so he is having a sprint to bring him on. He will need this run in the wet.
Current Betting :
15/10

Mike's Runners : Paterfamilias

Race Number : 7
Time : 16:20
Comments | Interviews : He is doing very well and has come on nicely with a break. This is his first run back, but he should go well.
Current Betting :
5/2

Mike's Runners : Countess Isabella

Race Number : 8
Time : 16:55
Comments | Interviews : She is doing well and her work is good, but she is drawn 14 which will make it a difficult task in the wet going.

On sat the pen reading was in the 40's and if I recall 57 in the pull up area.......amazing they managed to get through the meeting.Well done to the jocks for persevering......
There is good drainage at Kenilworth but we should still have heavy going today........lots of rain late Friday again so expect still heavy going on sat.......been a wetter winter than we have had for many years and definitely the coldest that I recall.
