Once again pace makes a big difference. In fact I would hesitate to say that pace may be THE biggest deciding factor in a race?

Rover T never even ran further than a mile I don't believe....and with the pace in this race ran no further than 1400m I would guess.

All things considered Heyouneverknow ran a cracker.

Kind of a joke that race to be honest but well done to the appie and visser for yet another win!

i agree that pace is the biggest deciding factor...tha is why the big races overseas have pacemakers in them im sure..leaving nothing to cance and making sure the best horse wins!
