And that my friends is why it is so great to be a supporter of Manchester United... shame we only played for 45 minutes but I retain hope that will be a bit of an electric shock and remind everyone that we are best when we attack... it has been a very poor start to the season in truth but that second 45 minutes... two goals, two woodworks, a disallowed goal that was probably wrongly given offside, numerous chances... we are scintillating when we wake up and stop playing this negative tripe!

yes Englander we are best when we play attacking football and imo the manager is to blame for all this 1 striker european style football we hv been playing for last couple of seasons.cost us the league last season and place in knockout stages of CL.how can he play 1 striker against Basle wen we are playing home?in all my years utd use to play 2 strikers with attacking wingers and we played at a fast pace always attacking.teams use to fear us and now they know we play a european slow pace game and only play attacking wen we are behind.we need to get back to playing the utd way and make teams fear playing against us.anyway well done to spurs on their victory and lets hope utd improves quickly because we hv been crap this season.i fully expect us to go on and win the league with games to spare this season.go utd.

strike 1 dont feel too bad as utd also cost me big time.i had cheetas on handicap, boks on handicap, everton, dortmund, all blacks on handicap to win just over 4 k for small outlay.im a utd supporter so i know there was no way i would leave them out of my multiple bet even tho i knew we playing crap football at the moment.at least i caught many other bets that ended b4 utd played to ease the pain of there defeat.lol

I am with you you.
I have said on numerous occasions that the "old man " should go.
His team selections have been kak.
Yesterday I watched and listened to the post match talk shows.
I was surprised as to how mwny callers expressed the same view.
You cannot play old men in Giggs, Scholes and Ferdinand together against a YOUNG attacking side like Spurs.
Wake up call.
FERGIE PLEASE GO peacefully and save the humiliation of being FIRED.

AGRA just to add FERGIE IS A LEGEND and after years of suffering as a utd supporter, he did bring us many league titles with our young team playing beautiful, attacking football.i dont know if its old age or a fear of losing, but we need to play attacking football like in the past under FERGIE.NO WAY ON EARTH THEY WOULD EVER FIRE SIR ALEX and i dont wat them to,all i want is for him to pick better teams and play more attacking teams so that we can win a few trophies this season!

Really, behave. You can't just say the guy who has brought so much glory and entertainment to the club, the world of football in general and your lives for the past 20 years should just go. I have never been his biggest fan but I have utmost respect for him and his achievements. Personally, I would never have started with Giggs yesterday but then I try to remember, I have not been the most successful manager ever in English football.

Ja
I don't think he will be fired looking at his history.
He has to shoulder the bulk of the blame though.
In a way, I am happy that we lost. Rather now than later in the season.
Gives the team an opportunity to sort out issues before the business end of the league and Champions league.

Sad to admit and I hope I'm wrong but I can almost guarantee you Agra, United won't be seen at the business end of the Champions League this year.
